While attendance at the official ceremony is optional for non-leaders, they are encouraged to join the second part of the event starting at 4:00 pm. Any volunteers, ideas, or questions can be directed to Petra Redelonghi, Ema Kemperle, or Tamara Želimorski.

• 13:00–15:00: 1-on-1 expert-client meetings (ZAG 5th floor)

Thursday, October 17 

• 09:00–14:00: Colloquium (ZAG 5th floor) – Professional-scientific event with invited audience, lectures, and round tables

Friday, October 18

• 13:00–14:00: ZAG 75th Anniversary Official Ceremony
  • Venue: Main auditorium of Grand Hotel Union
  • Protocol event with special guests, Turnšek awards presentation, and cultural program
  • Mandatory presence of all unit leaders until the end of the official banquet
• 14:00–16:00: Reception
  • Venue: Side Lobby of Grand Hotel Union
• 16:00 onwards: Celebration for ZAG employees
  • Venue: Glass hall or garden of Grand Hotel Union
