Submit your abstract for the 13th conference in 2026

The period for abstract submission is now open! Please remind to upload your abstract not later than June 27, 2025.

Submission Guidelines & Key Information
 

• Abstracts must be submitted in English and should not exceed 300 words. The submission deadline is June 27, 2025. 
• All abstracts must be submitted through the registration platform. Further details will be announced soon here.
• Both abstracts and final papers must be written in English.
• To ensure a high quality conference program, all accepted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee for their technical quality and relevance to the oral presentation. Authors will be notified as soon as a decision has been made.
• All accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings.
• Papers should not exceed 8 pages (without References).
• The conference will be held in German and English, with simultaneous interpretation available for all presentations.
• The conference fee for presenting authors is € 875. Registration will open shortly.
• The conference schedule will be continuously updated online.
