On Tuesday, 21 May, FRISSBE hosted four visitors with a shared interest in fire safety. Dana Chudová and Eva Šopíková from the Technical University of Ostrava (VSB), together with Tomaž Hozjan and Urban Rodman from the University of Ljubljana, visited our facilities at ZAG. Dr Laetitia Marrot delivered a brief presentation on behalf of the FRISSBE team, offering an overview of the project’s scope, goals, and ongoing activities. While their primary interest was general fire safety, the visitors appreciated learning about the broader framework of the FRISSBE project and the research currently underway. Before the presentation, Dr Nataša Knez guided the guests through a tour of the FRISSBE fire laboratory, highlighting some of the equipment and experimental setups used in our research.
